At Silva Stitches Crochet, each item is carefully handmade and prepared with attention to detail before it is shipped to you.

Processing Time

“Each piece is individually handcrafted, making every item unique and worth the short wait.” 

Our products are handcrafted, please allow:

  • Ready-made items: 1–3 business days processing time
  • Custom orders: 7–14 business days processing time (depending on demand and yarn availability)

Once your order has been completed and quality-checked, it will be dispatched promptly.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Express shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service delays.

International Shipping

At the moment our website is not set up for international shipping, however we might be able to ship to other Countries. Contact us : contact@silvastitchescrochet.com.au

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs at the moment , it is a flat fees:

  1. Standard post:  $15 per order regardless the amount of items purchased
  2. Express Post : $20 per order regardless the amount of items purchased

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

Order Tracking

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the Australia Post.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in following up with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at:
