Customise Your Bag

Design Your Perfect Crochet Bag that will meet your needs and Style!

We currently have customisation options available. The steps are.

1. Choose your bag design and size
2. Choose silver, gold or gunmetal hardware- rings, tassel clips, logo
3. Choose crochet handle, wooden, acrylic handles, metal handle or Chain
4. Contact us on [email protected]  
5. Provide the information mentioned above with a colour you like and we can see if we have that colour yarn and accessories in stock.
6. After bag design and style is agreed by both parties a purchase order will be emailed to the customer for confirmation.
7. Upon customer purchase order confirmation 50% deposit is required via bank deposit, the bank details will be provided.
8. Custom orders will take approx. 10-14 business days depending on demand and stock availability.
9. Progress photos of your bag work will be emailed to customers.

Note all custom orders are not refundable and you cannot exchange them. Any complaint will be dealt in line with our Complaints Policy.
