– Please be aware when purchasing our products,  we cannot guarantee the same tone/shade of the chosen color. This can vary slightly lighter/darker as advised by our yarn suppliers.

– No return or exchange for a change of mind of the customer, please be aware that colors may look different on different monitor displays and computer screens.

–  We will only accept a return up to 7 calendar days from the date you received it. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected].

To be eligible for a return the below steps need to be taken:

-The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all the original packaging, logo, tassel, and dust bag.

-A description is explaining what the fault/defect is and how this impacts the quality/use of the product. The customer is also to provide a photo(s) or video and email it to us to assess the nature of the fault/defect.

-An assessment will be carried out to identify if it is a crafting or manufacturing fault.

-If it is determined the defect/fault was a result of misuse or lack of care taken by the customer, the exchange will be refused.

-We will exchange the product if the assessment determines a manufacturing fault/defect.  -In this case, the customer is to pay the return shipping cost and this shipping cost will be reimbursed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

-All goods must be returned in their original condition.

-Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items.
