How It Works

1. Select Your Bag Design & Size
Choose your preferred bag style and dimensions from our available designs.

2. Choose Your Hardware Finish
Select from silver, gold, or gunmetal hardware, including rings, tassel clips, and logo detailing.

3. Select Your Handle Style
Personalise your bag with your choice of crochet handle, wooden handle, acrylic handle, metal handle, or chain strap.

4. Contact Us
Email us at contact@silvastitchescrochet.com.au with your selected design details and your preferred colour choice. We will confirm yarn and accessory availability in your requested shade.

5. Design Confirmation
Once the design, colour, and specifications are agreed upon by both parties, a purchase order will be issued for your confirmation.

6. Deposit Payment
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the purchase order. Bank details will be provided at that time.

7. Production Timeframe
Custom orders are handcrafted with care and typically require approximately 10–14 business days, depending on demand and stock availability.

8. Progress Updates
We will provide progress photos of your bag throughout the creation process so you can see your custom piece come to life.

Please note that all custom-made orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as they are specifically designed to your requirements. Any concerns or complaints will be handled in accordance with our Complaints Policy.
